We the undersigned, do hereby agree that we will be the responsible agents for the mock trial from the high school noted above. We also understand that the Mock Trial Committee reserves the right to change competition dates, times, and venue, if necessary.

An entry fee of $200 is required to participate. The entry fee will be accepted in the form of a purchase order (DOE schools use vendor #114374) or valid check made out to Hawaii Friends of Civic and Law-Related Education.
